Will My Order Be Delivered to the Aircraft?

Absolutely.

www.flyingacropoli.ge was designed with business aviation in mind, providing a seamless catering solution for operators, flight attendants, private aircraft owners, and charter companies.

Every order is prepared specifically for your flight and delivered directly to your aircraft at Batumi International Airport according to the delivery date and time you select when placing your order. From the moment your order is confirmed, our team carefully coordinates every detail to ensure a smooth and punctual delivery.

Getting started is easy—simply choose your menu, place your order, complete the payment, and we'll take care of the rest.

To help us provide the highest level of service, please ensure all flight details, aircraft registration, and delivery information are accurate when submitting your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery, for which www.flyingacropoli.ge cannot accept responsibility.

Can I change delivery time or date?

 

Catering delivery date cannot be changed online, you should contact us in case if delivery date is postponed for more than 24 hours, or delivery time is changed for more than 12 hours at our mail your@caterer.ge. Our duty representative will revert you if change can be performed, if not order be canceled and you will get refund as per our refund rules. No refund is applicable if cancelation is happening 8 hours’ prior of delivery.  It is impossible to make any changes in delivery time or date if past more than 10 hours from the moment of ordering catering

How to Pay?

What is ordering and canceling policy?

 

Using our web platform, you should place order not later than 18 hours’ prior of delivery time. In your order you should indicate all required items, exact date and time of delivery, person name, surname and contact mail, with phone number who is responsible of catering acceptance.

Placed order canceled is full refundable if cancelation is done within 2 hours from the moment of placing the order, but deducting order processing fee. If catering is canceled after given time additional cancelation fees is applicable. 15-hour prior of delivery time it will be deducted actual expanses and order processing fee. From 15 hours to 8 hours’ prior delivery time additionally is applicable cancelation fee in amount of 195 USD. No refund is applicable if cancelation is happening 8 hours’ prior of delivery.
